
MTL 3D’s IBR Inspection Solution delivers non-contact, high-precision measurements for integrally bladed rotors (IBRs), ensuring compliance with strict aerospace and defense standards. The system inspects airfoil profiles, leading and trailing edges, maximum thickness (pitch), chord length, twist, bow, radii, waviness, as well as holes, slots, and under-flange surfaces.
Blazer Systems handle IBRs up to 31.5 inches in diameter, with point accuracy of ±0.00024 inches and repeatability of ±0.00006 inches. Equipped with six axes (three linear, three rotational), it provides comprehensive access to critical areas without needing glued replicas.
