PAS MRO will be displaying its Bearing Return to Service™ and newly added Cylindrical Roller Fabrication capability at the 2025 MRO Americas.
PAS MRO's Inspection and repair of aircraft/helicopter/ground power engine, airframe, and gearbox/transmission anti-friction ball and roller bearings provides a proven lcost savings alternative to new bearings.
In order to improve their bearing capability, PAS MRO has also recently added Replacement Roller Manufacturing under its Repair Station process umbrella. This capability enhances PAS MRO’s ability to delivery roller bearing overhaul faster and with a much higher level of quality. Rollers will be at a higher quality due to the control of process at PAS MRO, including tolerances of under 2 micro-inches in diameter roundness & length as well as under 4 Ra in surface finish, creating a smoother, quieter bearing.
