60kV Low Voltage Electron Beam Welding Systems

PTR's Low Voltage Welders have the same capability and flexibility of  our High Voltage systems.  Flexible multi-axis motion systems, CNC, fast  pumpdown and a minimized footprint are some of the characteristics of  these welders. Sensors, electrical devices and other small to medium  applications, welded individually or in batches, are typical  applications for a low voltage, fixed generator system.  System control  is either CNC or PLC. Circumferential and axial welds are most common in  this size welder.  Depending upon your space requirements, this system  can be built on a pallet for easy installation.  Power supplies range  from 3 kW to 25kW.
